Yaz-Dehydrone Separation
Process
Water droplets dispersed in the oil entering the
vessel.
Water droplets are forced together towards the exterior
portion of the flow while moving in the spiral pipe due to centrifugal
force.
Separated water droplets coalesce together with further
motion and centrifugal force within the pipe.
separated water moves on the exterior portion of the
flow and further coalescing occures.
Water completely separates and travels on the exterior
portion of the flow.
Separated water is directed to the main body of the
vessel for discharge while the clean oil continues it's path to it's
destination.
